A quick tip to improve hip and ankle mobility

Have you ever fell to one knee when performing a snatch? Many of us have been here, but how do we fix it? One great exercise that can be performed to help fix this is Duck Walks. In this exercise you snatch push press a weight overhead then sit in the bottom position with it and walk backwards and forwards. This will increase your hip mobility and ankle mobility. When beginning to use this exercise many people will progress very quickly. Start with the bar and progress the lifter from set to set as long as the lift is being performed safely and under complete control. Do not move fast through this exercise and it is a great warm tool for the ankles and overhead position.
