This expertly designed program is for serious athletes ages 35+ who are ready to sweat their way to the Masters Competition at the Games.

Are you ready?

You can't change your age, but you can change the way you age — in the gym with us. Are you ready to put the lead in leaderboard?

Let's do this. But how?

Well, you could print off some at-home work out and get a little taste of results. Womp, womp. OR you could work with our Masters Program experts who'll skip that tasting and serve you (nutritionally-friendly) seconds, with a program suited to your weaknesses and strengths.

That means building you up in all the right ways: Reduce your overall training volume and ensure rapid improvement without overtraining.

It works.

You can expect your PRs of the present to be your PRs of the past. Regularly.

And here's why:

The Masters Program is designed by experts from all angles of the industry, who started from the bottom and trained their way into the arena. With years of trial and error and studied science, they gained the knowledge and experience necessary to take anyone from couch to competition—that includes the extra consideration for our adult athletes in terms of volume and movement complexity.

What's included

  • A program that suits your needs – not some one-size-fits-all plan that doesn't deliver.
  • A supportive team of athletes to train with who share the same strengths and weaknesses, so you're never held back or pushing yourself too far.
  • An individualized gymnastics program. This is a 1-20 level system that you take at your own pace. Anyone who completes level 20 will be in the top .1% in gymnastics in the entire sport of fitness.
  • Individual Paces for all endurance workouts designed by Chris Hinshaw, who has coached over 30 individual Games athletes.
  • Percentage based weightlifting & strength building designed by Matt Bruce, a 7x World Team weightlifter for the USA.
  • 3-8 metcons per week depending on time of the season.
  • EMOMs: Every Minute On the Minute intervals that challenge you with a new movement every 60 seconds to learn technique and build volume.
  • Structured warm-ups to prevent injury.
  • Discount on Performance Care through our in-house mobility and injury prevention team.

The best part

The program is in the palm of your hand.

  1. Download the app, take our assessment and record your results.
  2. Experts will evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to group you with other athletes with similarities. Grouping you accordingly will reduce your overall training volume and ensure rapid improvement without overtraining.
  3. BOOM. Open the app daily for your own sweat-inducing dose of gains, complete with explainer videos by the Brute coaches.

Oh, and 4. You kill it at the Games.

Who is this for?
  • If you’re at least 35 years or older
  • If you have 60-90 minutes a day to train
  • If you're a competitive athlete that wants to do your best in the Open and local competitions
  • If you've tried tons of other programs that have not catered to your age demographic
  • If you have a hard time recovering between training sessions and see a decline in performance
  • If you're looking for a comprehensive program that helps you improve every aspect of your game
How exactly is this program individualized?

The first step in the process is a two-week testing period. For two weeks you will perform a number of benchmark workouts, maxes, max rep gymnastics movements, etc. Based on the results of your testing, we will determine your biggest weaknesses and put you on the appropriate training emphasis.

No one will sit down and make a program just for you, but instead we have an entire team of experts that make a program for you and others with similar strengths and weaknesses.

You will move through gymnastics level 1-20 at your own pace (most will never master all levels).

All endurance workouts come with personalized paces so you can train at or around your lactate threshold (very important to improving endurance and something that no one else does).

You will check-in with your coach weekly, and he/she will give you feedback, tips, corrective exercises, etc. based on how your week went.

From within the private Facebook group, you can have videos analyzed and get tips, tricks and advice from our other coaches and athletes.

What does a typical day look like?
Each workout includes a warmup, video itinerary for the day, technique videos for gymnastics workouts, and a personalized endurance pacing calculator for all endurance sessions.
When will my program start?
You will receive your first day of programming the first night you sign up which is to be completed the next day. If you sign-up after 4pm PT you will not receive the first day until tomorrow.
Who will my coach be?
Your coach will be Adrian Conway. Adrian placed 21st at the 2015 Games and was a member of the back-to-back affiliate cup champion team Hack's Pack Ute. Adrian played collegiate football and has since been a coach for the past 7 years. He has a degree in exercise science, has coached numerous collegiate athletes, regional athletes, etc. Each week you will check-in with Adrian explaining how each workout went, how you are feeling, what went well and what didn't. Then he will give you feedback on your week. He can also do things like help you customize the program around your schedule, give corrective exercises, and connect you to our other experts if needed.
How does billing work?
All memberships are a 90 day minimum commitment. When you sign up, your credit card is put on auto-pay and will be billed for 3 monthly payments. If you wish to cancel after the 3 month minimum, all you need to do is email us at at least 10 days prior to your next auto-payment to let us know to cancel your subscription going forward.
What happens if I get injured?

We do our best to make sure the programming is well balanced and no one gets hurt. However, people do get injured from time to time. If that happens to you we have a few options.

  1. We can set you up with a free consultation with our Brute Mobility and Injury Prevention team Active Life RX.
  2. Your coach can give you subs for the programming to work around the injury.
  3. We can put your account on hold.
How many days a week is the program?
The program is 6 days per week, and Sunday is always a complete rest day. Wednesday and Friday are usually lower volume, active recovery days.
How long do training sessions take?
Training, even on recovery days will take anywhere from 60-90 minutes. If you do make it to the regionals or Games, you will probably see two, two hour sessions some days leading up to competition.
Will I need to supplement anything else with this?
We would not suggest supplementing anything else with this program other than recovery type work. This programming is the collaboration of experts in their different fields. We are confident that this is the absolute fastest way for you to progress as an athlete.
Can this program get me to regionals or the Games?
This program can absolutely get you to regionals. This is similar to the same programming we use with our professional athletes Brooke Ence, Adrian Conway, etc. The main difference is that there is less volume in this program. Those guys will spend 3 and sometimes 4 hours a day in the gym. If you have the time and dedication to spend that much time on training, we recommend the Brute Compete program.
Is this the same programming that Brooke Ence and the rest of your Games athletes follow?
See above.
If I already have a TeamBuildr account, what do I need to do to get signed up for another program, or to resign up for the same program as before?
In order to get you set up, all you need to do is email and tell us which program you'd like to get into.
