The day elite CF athletes have been training for all year is here — the CF Games! Dun, dun, dunnnnn.
The individuals and teams who came out as the top five in their region are now competing in some of the most gut-wrenching workouts they’ve ever endured.
The Games will include your typical CF movements but isn’t limited to encompassing all areas of fitness. From gymnastics and endurance to obstacle courses and Marine-style workouts, you never know what Dave Castro is going to come up with.
2018’s competition has kicked off with what’s been said to be the most challenging first day in the history of the CF Games — proving the next five days are ganna be real intense!
