PAYMENT
Brute Strength currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all orders. Payment for Products ordered will be processed at the time of placing such order. Subscription Services
OVERVIEW
For your convenience, Brute Strength offers subscription services whereby you select a set of training program and a you receive your programming automatically on a weekly or monthly basis.
BILLING
For subscription customers Brute Strength will bill the credit card on file monthly on your order date. By subscribing to our service you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite period of time until cancelled by you or us. You will not receive any advance notice of this payment. It is your responsibility to maintain current, valid payment information with Brute Strength. If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. If we cannot contact you we cannot guarantee that you will have access to your programming.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Subscription customers have the ability to select, change, or cancel a subscription service with 30 days notice. Please contact our customer support team at info@brutestrengthtraining.com if you have questions about cancelling your account.
Continuous Subscriptions
WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR A SUBSCRIPTION (AND EACH TIME YOU CHANGE YOUR PLAN), YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BRUTE STRENGTH (OR OUR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR) IS AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (IN ADDITION TO ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES) FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME UNTIL CANCELLED BY YOU OR US. THE AMOUNT YOU ARE CHARGED MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE PREFERENCES YOU SELECT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BRUTE STRENGTH WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR SUCH AUTOMATIC, RECURRING PAYMENTS.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
YOU MAY RE-SUBSCRIBE AT ANY TIME PROVIDED THAT BRUTE STRENGTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT PERMIT RE-SUBSCRIPTION WHERE BRUTE STRENGTH HAS PREVIOUSLY ELECTED TO TERMINATE A SUBSCRIPTION BY YOU.
