How long have you been coaching? CrossFit athletes? 1-1?
I opened my first CrossFit affiliate in 2013 and started my path in 1-1 remote coaching in 2015. Back then my goal was to coach a CrossFit Games athlete. Looking back 10 years later, I’ve coached 100’s of CrossFit Games athletes across all divisions. Now my goal is to coach a CrossFit Games champion.
