There are thousands of people who have taken part in one or more of our Bulletproof Programs and that’s awesome, we are grateful for the way that the fitness community has welcomed us. Perhaps the largest barrier for people who use the Bulletproof Programs is “I don’t know how to best balance this with my general programming.” In this video we spend some time talking about how to make decisions that allow you to avoid redundancy of volume and intensity.
